Module 3:
No-War Attitude

What Does It Mean To Have A "No-War Attitude"?

Our No-War Attitude plan integrates the Think Plan Fly concept to address and reduce the prevalent issues of name-calling, intimidation, and microaggressions among young students. By teaching students to pause for 2-3 seconds to evaluate their decisions, we encourage them to adopt a "no-war attitude" that emphasizes conflict resolution through peaceful means. This reflective practice prioritizes healthy communication over violent actions or hurtful words, helping students recognize that nobody wins in war, whether verbal or physical. As they think about their decisions and plan their responses, they contribute to cultivating a connected and harmonious community. The principles of Think Plan Fly empower students to work together towards common goals, understanding that they are stronger and more likely to achieve success when united. By fostering this culture of kindness and empathy, "No-War Attitude" strengthens community unity and helps students create an environment where everyone thrives together.
